Prof. Khattak (Member NADRA Authority Board) listed among top 2% highly cited scientists of the world in 2024 and 2025. Currently he is serving as Director Farabi Center for Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security, Director Science & Tech / Director ICESCO Chair Data Analytics and Edge Computing, Quaid i Azam University, Islamabad. He is also Chairperson of UNESCO National IFAP Committee. Earlier he served as Associate Dean Computing and Head Postgraduate Program at SEECS, NUST. He received his PhD in a sandwich from IIUI and University of Missouri (UMKC), USA. He also completed his postdoc from University of Missouri (UMKC), USA in 2016 and joined them as an adjunct Professor. He has published more than 230 publications, 02 books and 16 book chapters with total citations of 6440 and h-index of 44. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence based smart solutions for different research problems in Internet of Things, IoVs, IIoTs, Smart Cities, Information security, He is also serving as adjunct professor at USAK University, Turkiye, Baku State University, Azerbaijan, Harbin Institute of Technology, China and Margullan University, Kazakhstan. He has been awarded with the Pakistan Academy of Science-COMSTECH Gold Bedal in Computer Science (IT), best performance award by the Minister of education in 2023 and Performance based awards at NUST from 2015 to 2019. In 2024 he was nominated for the prestigious civil award Tamgha-e-Imtiaz in 2024. He has been awarded with grants of Rs. 1.7 billion by the Ministry of Education, Kazakhstan, British Council, University of Missouri, USA, USAK University, Turkiye, and Margullan University, Kazakhstan. He is also a member of the International advisory board, USAK University, Türkiye and Baku State University, Azerbaijan, Member Senate MUST University, AJK and senior member of Pakistan Academy of Sciences. He is a master trainer in IPFP and train in the trainers program by NAHE, Higher Education Academy, HEC Pakistan.

Pascal Lorenz  received his M.Sc. (1990) and Ph.D. (1994) from the University of Nancy, France. Between 1990 and 1995 he was a research engineer at WorldFIP Europe and at Alcatel-Alsthom. He is a professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, France, since 1995. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks and high-speed networks. He is the author/co-author of 3 books, 3 patents and 200 international publications in refereed journals and conferences. He was Technical Editor of the IEEE Communications Magazine Editorial Board (2000-2006), IEEE Networks Magazine since 2015, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology since 2017, Chair of IEEE ComSoc France (2014-2020), Financial chair of IEEE France (2017-2022), Chair of Vertical Issues in Communication Systems Technical Committee Cluster (2008-2009), Chair of the Communications Systems Integration and Modeling Technical Committee (2003-2009), Chair of the Communications Software Technical Committee (2008-2010) and Chair of the Technical Committee on Information Infrastructure and Networking (2016-2017), Chair of IEEE/ComSoc Satellite and Space Communications Technical (2022-2023), IEEE R8 Finance Committee (2022-2023), IEEE R8 Conference Coordination Committee (2023). Dr. T. Velmurugan is worked as Associate Professor and Head (Rtd), PG and Research Department of Computer Science, Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College, Chennai-600106, India. He has elected as a Member Syndicate, University of Madras. He holds Ph.D. degree in  Computer Science from the University of Madras. He has 32 years of teaching experience. He guided more than 300  M.Phil. Research Scholars. Also, he guided 30 Ph.D. scholars and currently guiding 1 Ph.D. scholars. He has published more than 250 articles in UGC Care  List, SCOPUS and SCI indexed journals. Also, he elected and served as a Senate Member from Academic Council, University of Madras. He has a lot of administrative experiences.  He served as advisory board member to many academic institutions in and around Tamil Nadu, India. He was an invited speaker and keynote speaker for many international conferences around the world. He served as a nominated Senate Member in the Middle East  University, Dubai, UAE for a period of three years. He is a member in Board of studies for many autonomous institutions and Universities. Also, he organized international  Conferences and workshops. In addition, he was a resource person for various national  workshops entitled "Scientific Research Article Writing and Journal Publications" and  many of the recent topics in Computer Science. He is an Editorial Board Member of 13 International Journals. He also a reviewer in many peer reviewed journals like Elsevier,  Springer, IEEE and IOSPress Journals etc. He is the Chair person for the Government of  Tamil Nadu State for XII standard book titled as “Electronics and Hardwares”. Further,  he is a visiting faculty for M.Phil., Course for various universities throughout India. His H index is 24 and i10 index is 35. His area of specialization includes Data Mining, Artificial  Intelligence, Machine Learning, Network Security, Big Data Analytics, Data Science and etc.

Associate Prof., Shou Feng, Harbin Engineering University, China
Feng Shou, a Doctor of Engineering/Postdoctoral Fellow, Associate Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Visiting Scholar at Indiana University Bloomington, USA. His main research field is intelligent processing and interpretation technology of remote sensing images. He has been responsible for more than 10 projects including National Natural Science Foundation of China, Key Laboratory Foundation, and other provincial and ministerial-level projects. In the past 5 years, he has published over 30 papers in international authoritative journals such as IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, and has had 1 paper selected as an ESI Hot Paper and 6 papers selected as ESI Highly Cited Papers.
